Before Your Appointment
Avoid Oils

If you wear contact lenses, bring a case so you can remove them before your appointment.

How long should I allow for my appointment?
Full sets typically take 1.5–2 hours. Lash fills take about 1 hour, depending on the style and condition of your extensions.
What can I expect at my appointment?
Your lash artist will discuss your preferred look and assess your natural lashes before treatment.

Lash Extensions & Fills
Cleanse gently
Clean lashes daily with an extension-safe cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing.
Brush lightly
Use a clean spoolie to gently tidy dry lashes. Avoid forceful or repeated brushing.
Choose extension-safe products
Choose oil-free products around the eyes. If you need mascara, choose a non-waterproof, extension-safe formula. Skip mechanical lash curlers.
Avoid friction
Avoid tugging, picking, or sleeping with your lashes pressed into a pillow.
Which lash style should I choose?
Your lash artist will work with your eye shape, natural lashes, and preferred look to find your fit. Classic is softly defined, Hybrid adds texture, and Volume brings fullness. Mega Volume offers the boldest, most dramatic finish. Customization is a process: we can refine length, curl, and styling across appointments until you settle on what suits you best.
Why do lash extensions naturally shed?
Your natural lashes grow and shed in cycles, and attached extensions shed with them. This is normal. Regular fills help maintain your desired fullness.
When should I book my next fill?
Many clients return around 3–4 weeks, while a 2-week refresh is available for special occasions or extra fullness. Retention varies, and your lash artist can recommend a schedule that suits your lashes. View Pricing.
Can I get my lashes wet?
Follow the initial aftercare instructions provided at your appointment. After that, cleanse gently, pat dry, and brush when dry. Avoid forceful shower jets, rubbing, and direct high heat.
Can I wear mascara?
If needed, choose a non-waterproof, oil-free mascara made for lash extensions. Apply sparingly and remove it gently with an extension-safe cleanser. Avoid waterproof mascara; it is difficult to remove without pulling at the lashes. Mascara can close Volume fans, so keeping those sets mascara-free is best.

Korean Lash Lift
Aftercare
Handle your lashes gently. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or using a lash curler. Brush dry lashes lightly with a clean spoolie, and follow your lash artist's instructions for when to first cleanse.
Timing & Lash Health
Results vary with your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Allow sufficient new growth before another lift; your lash artist will assess the appropriate timing to protect lash health.
Can a Korean Lash Lift add length or volume?
A lift curls your natural lashes upward so they appear longer and more defined. It does not add actual length or volume. Choose Lash Extensions for added length and fullness beyond your natural lashes.
How long does a Korean Lash Lift last?
Results typically last 6–8 weeks, although some clients may enjoy a visible lift for up to 12 weeks, depending on their natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
How often should I get another lash lift?
We recommend waiting until sufficient new lash growth has occurred before repeating your treatment. Your lash artist will assess your lashes and recommend the appropriate timing to avoid unnecessary reprocessing.
Can repeated lash lifts damage natural lashes?
Repeated treatments too soon or improper processing can weaken natural lashes. We prioritize careful application, appropriate treatment intervals, and your natural lash health.
Are there options between Korean Lash Lift appointments?
Yes! For returning Korean Lash Lift clients who aren't quite ready for another lift, we may offer a personalized lash extension option to enhance your lashes in the meantime. Your lash artist will first assess your natural lashes and existing lift to determine whether extensions are suitable.

Appointment Policies
Booking & Payment
Book online to reserve your appointment. A credit card is required on file, and payment is collected on the day of your visit. Late-cancellation and no-show fees apply.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the booked service price.
No-show: 100% of the booked service price.
These fees are charged to the card on file. If plans change, please cancel or reschedule directly through our booking link.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll do our best to help; your visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.
Children & Guests
For everyone's safety and comfort, children and guests are not permitted in our lobby or treatment rooms. Our staff cannot supervise children, and children may not be left unattended anywhere on the premises. If you arrive with a child or guest, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. No exceptions can be made. Thank you for your understanding.
Lash Preparation & Cleaning Fees
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. A fixed $29 cleaning fee applies when we need to remove mascara, eyeliner, other eye makeup, oils, or buildup before application. No cleaning fee applies when lashes arrive clean and ready.
Optional patch test: available on request for $15, credited toward your full set. Arrange it at least 48 hours before treatment. Even if your patch test shows no reaction, a reaction may still occur during a full application. Let us know about previous adhesive reactions before scheduling.
Outside Fills & Removal
Fills are available up to four weeks, subject to sufficient remaining extensions. Beyond four weeks, a new full set is required.
Outside fills are welcome, subject to approval. Please text us a clear photo of your existing extensions before booking so we can assess their condition and suitability. New full sets do not require photo approval. See our fill pricing table for rates.
Standalone removal is $29; removal with a booked full set is complimentary.
Our Quality Commitment
We take pride in our application quality and the retention of our lash sets. If you notice an application-related concern, please contact us within three days of your appointment so your lash artist can assess it and discuss the appropriate next steps. Individual retention varies.
